To ensure the fastest possible service, Please be certain to include your order number on your package. Your will be issued an order number on the invoice screen as well as emailed to you upon completion of your secure payment process. Our lab requests that you do not send us bulky cases as they may be disposed of. The cases do not fit snug on the repair trays. A small flat case is considered to be, but we prefer you to use bubble wrap or something simular.

	Describe your Problem

Once you enter your email addressn you will be asked to describe the details of your repair as well as choose how many pairs you will be sending. For example you can write that the left lens needs to be replaced because its scratched, or you can say that the temple has broken off the frame and needs to be welded.

Once you describe your problem, and select how many pairs of glasses you will be prompted to submit your shipping information and given an order number so that you can send us your frame.

Once you describe your problem, you will be taken to a payment screen that will allow you to pay for the shipping costs for us to send your item back. We offer all services such as ground,second day air and overnight shipping.

The process is as follows.

Once we receive your damaged eyewear to our center, our repair technicians will inspect your eyewear and determine if it can be fixed. Once the determination is made, they will email you or call you with a repair estimate.

If you Accept our estimate.
If you wish to accept our price estimate, you will receive an email with a web link to your online bill and you will be able to make a secure payment online. Once the payment is made you will be issued an order number and within 72 hours the item will be repaired and shipped back to you with the method of shipping that you selected.

If you Deny our estimate.
If you choose to deny our estimate, that's of course fine. We will happily send back your eyewear.

That's it you are almost done, Simply send us your damaged eyewear by mail. We recommend you use a shipping service that utilizes a signature confirmation so your item can be tracked online. Be certain to properly protect your glasses for shipping:
